Package Marked Delivered Saturday While I Was Home on Porch

Numerous times now, including my current shipment, I have had problems. Let's look at my last two experiences. The driver marked my address as "unable to find" when he has a GPS and has delivered to me before. It was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday, and after numerous phone calls and emails I finally got the package the following Friday.

Now I'm stuck with a similar issue. They marked my package as delivered on Saturday while I was home, saying it was left at the door during the time I was sitting on my front porch waiting for it. Now their so-called "resolution department" won't even be contacting me until Tuesday at the earliest. I will be driving down to the FedEx office my item shipped from to confront them in person as to the whereabouts of my package. I have a feeling that the driver may have stolen it. I will never purchase anything from someone who ships via FedEx ever again!
