Brocken Washing Machine - Kenmore

Terrible customer service, 2nd repair in 3 months and I've waited two weeks for parts. They don't respond to inquiries, I've spent hours on the phone, no resolution... Someone will call me back and they never do. I will never, ever ever purchase anything from Sears. No washer for 2 weeks with 5 in the house, going to the laundromat is now my second job and this is after paying over $400 for a warranty.
