FEDEX service is GARBAGE!

I paid for a package to be sent international and I was asked for almost 200$ to have this package delivered in one week. It has been over 2 weeks and the package is nowhere to be found and they do not want to refund the money!!! When you call the customer service line you get rude and incompetent agents that can not assist you. And lie to you in your face! I will never use fedex again nor i will recommend for anyone to use it!!!
