I foolishly applied for what was advertised as a free trial of the cleanse extrem on one of their websites in July, after receiving the tablets i thought no more of it untill 30 days later i received another delivery of the product which i was confused about so i contacted my bank to see if i had been charged another shipping fee of £4.95 but to my horror the bank advisor informed me that £800 had been taken from my account by this company, when i contacted the company and asked what on earth they were doing the advisors attitude was disgusting as he informed me that by not contacting them after the 14 day trial that i was classed as a valued customer and they have the ability to help themselves to my account whenever they want, when i said to the advisor that this is a mistake his response was 'well if you sign up for something you should read the terms and conditions' as you can imagine my reaction to this was pure anger and i told him if it was clearly stated on the website that you were entering a continous shipment program then they wouldnt have people ringing with these complaints as they hide it in tye terms and conditions instead which to me is a joke, ive worked in advertising befor and if your going to sell a product which has an agreement attached to it then it needs to be made clear. The advisor from this company was so unhelpfull and had no interest in the fact they had just cleaned out my bank account.
