Two weeks ago I order what they said to be a Free trial Bottle - 800mg of their Green Coffee Bean Extract and only had to pay for shipping of $4.95. This was charged on my account on 2/19 and the product shipped to me with no invoice. Today (3/4), two weeks after my original trial order, my visa card is charged $89.99. I called the company at 888-519-0256 and after a long wait was told that they could not give me a refund of the new charge because I did not call withing 15 days as stated on their online Terms & Conditions, an agreement that they claim I agree for when placing the order. The link for their Terms & Conditions is NOT found anywhere when you place the order. They tell me that they can not be responsible for the companies that advertise their products, but they claim that I agreed to their terms. The lady on the phone tells me now to go to their website at www.buypuregreencoffee.com and read their Terms & Conditions. As I said, this link was never communicated to me during the original purchase.
This is a Ripoff scam that needs to be reported. This is totally unfair and consumer affairs needs to know how this company is running it's business.
