I went to return the merchandise to Costco in Garden Grove, Calif. The manager there whose name is Perry, I think, was absolutely RUDE, not only that, he talked like I picked up my merchandise from somewhere and try to return to get the money.in my 60 yrs. Of living, I have never see such no manners attitude from a person representing a big company like that. My 5 year old daughter was so scared that she asked me to go home after that. (We were planning to go to the beach). This manager needs to go back to the lowest level of management to learn the BASICS of business again.
