Free 14 day trial, I don't think so, they just charge you for the product

You charged my credit card $7.99 for the shipping of the 2 free bottles of Acai Berry 7/8/08, but the postage stamp on the package I received 8/2/08 was stamped 7/28/08 which means you shipped the product 20 days after charging me for the shipping.

I received the package 8/2/08 six days after you sent it, I cancelled your so called 30 day continuity program 8/3/08 online (confirmed), well within the 14 day cancellation period.

You charged my credit card $88.97 on 7/28/08 the same day this 14 day free sample was shipped which I received 8/2/08 which I cancelled the next day. Your response to my cancellation after having the product for 2 days was:

I agreed to a 14 day trial which I never got, you broke your own contract and charged me for something I didn't order without giving me the 14 day free trial, evidently you haven't read your own contract.
