I had ordered the free trial on 01/09. I was unaware that I had been signing up to a monthly subscription as the terms and conditions are not made clear at the time and the page cannot be displayed when loading (screen shot taken).in finding out the terms and conditions I had cancelled within 48 hours late via email. I had not received the initial trial supplies so I thought this was down to me cancelling this. I have had a payment of £84.99 debited from my bank account without my permission. I have contacted them and they advise me to call back. I have also emailed a few times to which they have not replied.
