After seeing the charge of 149.95 withdrawn from my account, I immediately telephone the company to inquire as to why the charge was taken, within 3 days of the initial. 99 cent startup cost. I also informed them that their "terms and conditions" specifically state, that the there was a 14 day trial period.

I was told that yes but we modified our terms and conditions. (which was a lie). Because I went back to the website and read, again, the terms and conditions. I also printed a copy.

I then sent an email to which the response was, if you cancel within 10 days, of the initial, you are entitled to a refund.

But... When I made my request (via email) I was sent a " refund denied" email.???
. 99 was withdrawn from my account on the 22 of January, and on the 26th of January, the 149.95 was taken.
