I went to talk with my boss about giving me a raise. While we were discussing giving me a raise he called his accountant and told her to change my pay from 7.25 to 8.00 an hour. He said how much I deserved it and expressed how he enjoyed me working for him. Well it wasn't even 3 hours after he gave me my raise he called and said he wasn't gonna give it to me because other employees came to him wanting a raise also. I found that to be very unfair to me. I been working for him 4 six months and I had the lowest pay. The raise that he did give me only moved me up to the amount his other employees were already making. So when he took my raise I decided that I would no longer work for him.
