Ripoff did give me my 30 day raise, after working there for 2 months

I have been working at Sonic for the past 90 days. I work my butt off and still have yet to receive my 30-day raise. I have never missed a day of work except for a few times, where I had a doctor's note.

I have talked with other workers and they have yet to receive any raises also. I have taken classes to better my skills, and so have the other employees.

My boss is picking out her favorite employees and giving them raises. These people that she pick are rude and do not do they're job accordingly. I strongly feel that she is sexist, because the people that get a raise are men.

There are two employees that have been working there for two years and still have not received a raise. I dont want to wait two years before getting my raise, so please let me know what I should do in order to get a raise.
