Management Unfair Work Practices

Being the longest worker in back of the house I was offered a promotion. Weeks later was passed up for promotion but told to do the extra duties. Person who became promoted got raise benefits with NONE of the responsibilities! I am continually asked to do extra work, with my work being above satisfactory (told by Dee Wade assistant general manager) to find out that I am the LOWEST paid employee. When asked for a raise I was told that "food cost" are too high and that nobody would be getting a raise.

Later in the conversation Dee Wade to me that during our food cost "problem" two other people had been give raises. Going to the General manager i was screamed at and belittled for my grievance. The way i am treated is unfair and unjust. I regularly do three other workers jobs because of being short staffed, and am only asking for Equal Pay for Equal Work!
