In smithville no one ever gets a raise. They get treated like dogs. Know one i know has ever been evaluated ever. When you ask for a raise, more hours, days off, or anything the manager just gives you an ugly look and walks off. One of the shift leaders was fired from her last job for stealing money. She comes in to work smelling like weed and the manager never says anything. I would never take my family there to eat because most of employees dont care. Glad i dont work here no more.
