Elliptical warranty replacement delayed, removal at owner's cost

I began going through Icon Health & Fitness on 2/8 because they are the warranty company for NordicTrack. A repairman was sent to my house 3 times, and the Freemotion elliptical manufactured by NordicTrack could not be repaired. It has taken me many hours on hold and speaking with customer service reps, and I was finally sent to Product Resolution. I was told my machine would be replaced. Apparently, though, part of the warranty not explained to the innocent buyer is that removing the malfunctioning machine is at your cost. Do you know how huge and heavy these machines are and how expensive it is to have them removed? By the way, I still do not have a replacement machine as of 5/29, and no one can tell me when it is supposed to arrive. I do not understand how Icon Health & Fitness can control the warranties for just about all the fitness equipment brands, but it is a huge scam. My motor died after 1 year and 3 months. That is crazy! Still awaiting resolution.
