A small plastic wheel that bears the full weight of the person exercising cracks due to poor design. ICON Health and Fitness charge $94 plus shipping to replace.

I bought this new from Costco for $900. If you buy all the spare parts to build this machine from ICON, they will charge you over $5000. Designed to fail... What a way to to make a profit. Don't buy Reebok or anything from ICON. Their name alone should have told me to be careful.
