At 9:13am i placed an order for 3turkey sausage and one egg and a side of gritts. So when i open the container i notticed that the gave me. The wrong type of sausages. So i called the ranch steak house and tokd the i had the wrong type of meat and the she said well you did'nt speciey what type of meat you want so i just assumed that you just wanted regular sausage. And i said to her i placr the same order every time at least once a week and i never had a problems with placing any order before up untill last week when i picked my up and you gave me the wrong order. And i called and told you i had the wrong order. You told me to bring the order back and well give you the right order. So when i brought my order back on may 9 you said that you could not take the order back. So i talked to the manager he said that theres nothing he could do sience i did not specify what type of meat i wanted so i waled out
