Bad customer service

I called on sept 18 and order the new pizza with the cheese on the outside and I wanted it to be a meat lovers. When the pizza guy came and dropped the pizza off and when i looked at the pizza it was half pepporonia and half cheese. I called back and the manager was so rude she over talked me she was angry because I didnt want a credit I wanted them to bring me another pizza. She was very rude and disrespectful. When I asked for a supervisor she told me she was a shift manager not a supervisor like their was a difference. To make it so bad this isnt the first time this pizza hut has gotten my order wrong they always mess your order up. Something needs to happen with that women she was very rude and I know pizza hut doesnt want a bad name on behalf of a shift manager.
