English barrier - mcgriddle

I have been going to this particular McDonalds for a couple of months their is usually a different asian employee each time. I don't eat meat & would prefer my order to be cooked without meat however thia is how my order went this morning my husband does not eat cheese. 1sau egg no cheese meal 1 egg & cheese no meat 1 orange juice, 1 coffee 4 cream 4 sugars. I had to repeat the order 3 times then was told to come to window & repeated 2 more times then manager came repeated order to him 2 times he adjusted something on register then when I go the order checked it I had 2 sausage egg mcgriddles no cheese. It's like they can't comprehend that you don't want the mystery meat I was so upset I just told my husband to just leave cause sometimes you just have to stick with coffee.
