Braums - Not the Food that I ordered

My name is Viki Sellers, and I frequent the Braums in Tri City, Newcastle area. The last three times we have been there they have SCREWED up our order. This morning I wanted an egg, sausage, cheese muffin what I got was a biscuit with a piece of sausage on it. The last two times we have ordered hamburgers there they were totally wrong... I'm tired of paying for the wrong order! I would definitely like a response, and some kind of restitution for the wrong orders I have received.
