Complaint - 9 oz house sirlion

My Friend and I went to Apple bee's today in Bowling Green Ky #08. We both order a steak and mash potatoes and when we got our order the steak was not good and the food was cold and we told the manager when she came around and she asked can we get us something else and I decide against it, because I came there for a steak and that was want, I wanted and my friend got something else, what I am trying to say they took our order and it took awhile to get and when we did get our food everything was cold and the steak was tough and I we told them about it, but when it came time for the check they did not give us a discount add we was upset, because we paid for some food that was not good
