I have u-verse account for few years. I recently changed my address and wanted to switch to Comcast, but att representative promised that I can continue the same service with no additional charges added to my account, so I decided to stay loyal customer. On my first bill, I do have extra charges, for installation and for replacement of my old boxes (which installer changed for his convenience and told me just to return my old boxes and it is crarge free). I called few times and was promised that charges will be removed, but nothing was done.
