Odrered Dish Network 7/31/09. Salesman promised to provide us with four boxes - 2 HD-DVR 2 Digital. When installer arrived he only had two boxes - 1 digital and 1 HD-DVR. He said the two boxes would be used to control four rooms. He also told us that there would be an additional monthly fee because we don't have a land line. When we questioned him on this, he pretty much told us that they will tell you anything to get you to sign up. I then started thinking if the price the salesman quoted us would really be our actual charge. I declined the installation and sent the installer away. I would make sure you get everything in writing before you agree to installation.
