20 days and still no delivery

In a nutshell my order was suppose to have arrived last week and apparantly delivered at my local post office to be delivered to my address. Well we are now in the next week and still nothing. Surprise surprise the phone numbers are out of order too and one does not exist.

Well clearly i have to write this money off - what.
