Ripoff Still have not received card

The $299 was automatically taken out of my account on 10/29/04 and as of today 12/13/04 I have not received my card. The person that called me was Michael Henry, and verifier was Robert. The confirmation # 1305450. I called and talked to Vickie on 11/23/04 as she said I should have it by 11/24/04 or 11/26/04 if not by 11/26/04 than call her back it should only take five weeks from the time account debited. Called Vickie on 12/02/04 gave her confirmation number and she said if I do not have it by 12/03/04 to call back.
So I called on 12/03/04 and Vicky said she would airmail to me and allow 3-5 days. Still have not received card so on 12/10/04 called and talked to a man and he said that their computers had crashed and that the repair men were there fixing them and to call back in the pm or on Monday morning. I tried on both occasions and only got a busy signal.
