Fundamental Consumer Strategies
Ripoff took my money and never sent paperwork or credit card

Business & Finance

I was called by Fundamental Consumer Strategies in the beginning of November, and was told for $299.00 i would be able to get a Mastercard through their company, which is geared towards people with bad credit. Being the above was true and i have bad credit I agreed to send them, well let them deduct the money from my checking account. They were supposed to deduct the money on December 15th and it was the 17th before they did. I should have known better by that alone but i was stupid... Now i haven't received and paperwork as promised adn when i call i get a busy signal during business hours, adn the machine after business hours saying to call back. I am a single mother of two children, and really wish their was some way to get my money back. I gave them permission to debit my account so I am worried there is nothing I can do... Merry Christmas to me i guess... Please Help...
