Fundamental Consumer Strategies - Amerinet
Inc. Ripoff of $299.00 for credit card never received

Education & Science

My checking account was debited on January 26 for the amount of $299.00. I have not yet received my credit card with the credit limit of $2500.00. I was given a tracking number: 02805213907146536640. Was electronic shipping info received in Champlain, NY 12919 on 02/02/05 @ 1:58 am. Was enroute to Springfield, MA 01152 on 02/05/05 @ 6:36 am then enroute to Bell, CA 90201 on 02/10/05 @ 11:56 pm and finally delivered to San Bernardino, CA 92405 on 02/12/05 @ 12:10 pm. I am unable to track my package any further.

I have been calling Fundamental Consumer Strategies and also Amerinet Inc. Who took the money out of my account for Fundamental. Everytime you call Fundamental you get an automatted answering services and the mail box is full. I was told that my mastercard was shipped out on February 18 and should be receiving it in a few days.

To this day I still have not received anything. When you called Fundamental before the phone was busy all day and all I have been getting from day one is a run around. My daughter has been handling this matter for about a month and a half and has not gotten any answers. Can you please look into this for me?
