Fundamental Consumer Strategies Called me offering a credit card with no overlimit fees or other fees for a one time payment of $299.00

I had this gut feeling that I had been scamed by these people, something just didnt seem right. Well Michael Henry at Fundamental Consumer Strategies contacted me on 01/31/05 with an offer of a credit card with none of the fees as a normal credit card for a one time fee of $299.00 to be taken out of my account on 02/04/05. He then gave me a verification number of 1539102 and turned me over to his manager to record the whole transaction.

About 10 minutes after I hung up I decided that I really did not want this and tried to call back to no avail, I called and called and called (thank you redial). I did finally get through on 02/02/05 but only after I used a phone other than the one that they know the phone # of. I talked to a representative that did not give me his name and was very short with me about my wanting to cancel, he did however give me a cancelation # of 0202 (funny that the # is the date and month that I called) I have the feeling that he was just humoring me and they will go ahead and take the money anyway, and that is why today is 02/03/05 and this is a public record stating that I do not want Fundamental Consumer Strategies services and that I have notified them my bank and local law enforcment officials.

If they do go ahead and take my money without my consent they had better move and hide very good because I WILL hunt them down.
