I received an email receipt on 3/18 from Trim Trainer for $9.47 for a service I never signed up for and received absolutely no information on how the service is accessed. I called immediately to cancel and was told no further charges would be incurred.

On 4/18 I received another billing for $9.47 and again was promised that my account would be canceled and the charges reversed. I don't trust them and have since then canceled my credit card to insure addtional charges not be incurred.
