Be2.US Be2 keeps stealing our credit card information and making fraudulent charges

I do not even know what - if any - legal business this company does, but our company has made no contact with them for any reason, nor requested any form of any kind of services from them whatsoever at any time. We have no account to cancel with them or way to dispute any charges with them because we have never had any account with them nor incurred any charges or received any invoice at any time.

They have somehow managed to continually steal our credit card information and made fraudulent charges to our account on at least four separate occasions. Each time this has occurred we have fought with the credit card company and gotten the charges reversed, canceled the card and started the process to get a new card with a new number issued. This most recent incident occurred on 3/10/09 with a charge of $119.97 on the fourth new card we have been issued less than a month ago - which has only been used ONCE at a local auto parts store. This card is kept locked up with no access by any of our employees (not that we would even consider that any of them would be involved in anything like this).

I see many complaints about this company all over the internet and I do not see how they can continue to exist with the business practices they employ. I will be looking into any further action I can take to report their illegal and fraudulent activity and help to put a stop to them.
