Unauthorized charges

I signed up for information online to learn about Google Money plan. I paid $1.95 for a seven day trial I learned that it was a scam and canceled before the seven days and was still charged 39.95. I called to have it canceled and my money returned. The number I called was 801-304-6694 I have not received a refund so I canceled my credit card to avoid any more unauthorized charges.
