I ordered flowers from this company to have them delivered on Valentines Day. As many other complaints I have read I also was over charged by this company (my confermation said 101.21 but my credit card got hit with 108.00) and the flowers were not delivered. When I called the number that the site gives you the first time I was on hold for 15 mins and told that "A message was sent that they were still delivering flowers and someone would contact me with further information" this was around 5pm central time. At 818 pm central time Still nothing so I called back a second time this time I was on hold of over 20 mins when the women on the other end finally picked up she could not answer why I was over charged nor the stats of my order I was told " I can send them a message and they will call you back but I do not know when they will get the message" I am an understanding person however a company that has over charged and no answers to any questions (from what I read I am not the only one) about this is not a good company.
