I ordered flowers to be delivered to my Mother n Law for Valentines Day and they were not delivered. I called Teleflora several times and to no avail. They claim they delivered them and I asked who signed for them and they hung up. I have been waiting for them to call me to resolve this matter. The customer service representative are insensitive and unprofessional; one even hung up on me. I would not advice anyone to use them for delivery, you would be better off hand delivering the flowers yourself
