No delivery of ordered item and poorn customer service - flowers ordered for Valentines and never delivered

Ordered Valentine flowers for my wife on January 4 so that my order would be in early enough to avoid problems. My credit card was charged that day. Comes Valentines day no flowers no nothing. I tried calling customer servie and waited over 20 minutes on the phone and was finally answered by a customer service person who could only take a message for the company. Will never use this company againand will advise all friends to avoid them as well
