I ordered a premium centerpiece to be delivered to my parents for Christmas. I ordered it on 12/20 to be delivered on 12/22. I even paid an extra surcharge for the delivery. On Friday 12/23 I receive an email stating the flowers could not be delivered on the 22 so please either call or email back with another date. I called an was on hold for 25 mins before I hung up and just emailed them asking the flowers be delivered that day the 23. I heard nothing back. Sat the 24 I get another email asking me to contact them. I called again stayed on hold for 15 mins. The rep came on the phone and told me the florist tried to deliver the flowers but nobody was home and the phone number was disconnected. I said my dad had surgery I know he was home and I just talked ro my mom on that number today. My call got dropped after he told me he would have the flowers delivered that day. I called back got another person who informed me there had never been an attempt to deliver the flowers and that they couldn't be delivered until after Christmas. No apology, no discount offered. I cancelled the order and will never use tele flora again.
