Went online to order my wife flowers on Thursday May 9th, to be delivered between 9am and 5pm the following day. My credit card was charged and processed and conformation was sent via e-mail. We were home all day Friday the 10th, received no phone call nor was any contact received from Go. Florist, nor the local florist contracted to do the service. At 5:15 that evening I called their customer service number and spoke to Dennis. He sent an e-mail to the local florist and the flowers were finally delivered at 6:05 pm, as I requested they be delivered "before the sun went down." We live in a major metropolitan area so there is no shortage of flower shops. I did some checking later and found I could have gotten a better arrangement, fo less money containing more flowers in a vase, instead of cellophane. Goflowers.com failed miserably and completely to honor their written guarantee of delivery between 9 and 5, which is clearly posted on their website. They can rest assured they will never have any of my business again. I will do my best to influence those around me to not patronize them either.
