Worst company ever

Ordered flowers for valentines day 2012 and also joined the "platinum" club long story short i recieved conformatiion email that flowers would be delivered after waitingall day for a thank you i get an email at 9pm central time that the flowers could not be delivered and it would take 5-7 businees days to get my money credited back i will nevrr use or reccomend them they ruined someones valentines day and this was our first valentines day together what an impression i made
