They are the only company that keeps extending my contract with the most mynute changes. I have had t-mobile for two years, As of OCt. I added my son on to my account, after three months he was unable to pay for the phone and soon after he had lost the phone twice. I canceled the phone from being used, and weeks later he purchase his own phone with Metro PCS (great deal). I have change an even puchase a new phone with t-mobile in May also changed my plan several time prior to termination of service. Each time i made changes they exstended my two year contract. What choice do you have, you have to replace your phone and make adjustment, now my bill is $748,00 dollars and i have no phone because of the amount. I have had nothing but problem with t-moblie and would not reffer them to anyone. They are very nice an plolite over the phone but will not work with you on helping with bills.
