Ordered GYRO Hercules Unbreakable 3.5CH Electric RTF Helicopter, (item No. ZX-35850), and the item they sent was defective out of the box. The tail rotor is completely inoperative and the copter will not fly forward or backward. Upon discovering this, I immediately sent them an email asking for an RMA number so i could return the item. After several days, they replied, denying my request for an RMA saying "the item does not seem to be defective". The item IS DEFECTIVE and I will continue to fight them until I get a refund.
