Jerks sent defective item, replaced it with another defective item, and say only remedy is to send item 3rd time

I ordered an external hard drive from ZipZoomFly, but it would not work. Tech Support tried trouble-shooting and concluded it was defective. The tech guy told me to send it back.

I need one immediately and could not wait for ZipZoomFly to receive the defective one and send a replacement. So, I immediately ordered another one and explained the situation to ZipZoomFly. I paid extra for 2nd-day delivery, because time was of essence.

I explained the situation to ZipZooomFly, and they shipped another one and agreed to credit my MasterCard for the defective drive.

The 2nd one arrived, and it, like the 1st one, would not work. Tech Support worked 1.5 hours, but finally concluded it was also defective. He told me to return it.

I needed one immediately so I purchased one locally and asked ZipZoomFly to credit my MasterCard for the 2nd defective one. They replied that their policy is to only replace it with another one, and they refused a refund. They offered to send a 3rd one.

They had two chances and sent defective merchandise both times. I then purchased one locally because it was needed immediately. Under these circumstances their policy is neither fair nor just.

Stay away from these jerks.
