Advertises replacement ink cartridges are "Our products are 100% guaranteed or we will replace or refund your full purchase price." (directly from their website).
When their products did not work in my printer, they sent me two more to replace those which did not work (and they don't work either).
They requested I return the defective inks to them and sent me a link to print a return postage free label (the link also did NOT work).
I asked to return the entire order for refund and they said not after 45 days.

Note the following also from their website:

RETURN POLICY FOR NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
Before returning any item, you must first contact our Customer Care department within 45 days from date of shipment of merchandise for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all non-defective returns.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY:
Before returning any item for repair, replacement or refund, you must first contact our Customer Care department within 45 days from date of shipment of merchandise for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. HouseofInks.com will not accept returns for a refund beyond the 45 days from date of shipment of merchandise. If requesting a refund, the customer is responsible for shipping fees. If an item is defective, we will replace that item with an even exchange within 1 year of date of purchase.

I am stuck with $60 worth of ink that doesn't work.

Hardly 100% satisfaction guaranteed is it?
