Defective Material, Poor customer care Ripoff

Eware! I bought a new ibm x60 tablet pc with a defective keyboard. After two weeks i was told pc connection will not return any item without the original package. I told them they sold a defective computer and should return my two thousand dollars. They then said it was a discontinued item and it could not be replaced. This item is the latest model and is still available on there internet storefront. Buyer beware! I got a lemon and they are not making any effort to correct this matter. Shop somewhere else and i will keep drinking lemonade. Buyer beware!
