I purchased a gag gift for my nephew and the product was defective. Their website clearly states their refund policy: "You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any item." I provided my order number and they never responded to my request. I sent 5 emails over a period of 1 month with no reply. The company is not to be trusted.
