Unauthorized membership fee

I requested a guide for my kid totaling $9.90 and discovered another cost on my charge card record for $19.95. After I named to ask, I had been informed it was a "membership price." I mentioned that I never required or approved a "account charge" and required to possess it taken off my charge card. They declined stating the guide was coming and so no modifications might be designed to my bill. I told them to instantly stop the account and that I could be returning the book briefly. Greater than a month next phonecall, I still haven't acquired the guide. Today I can not actually discover the site to get hold of them again. They successfully took $30.00 from me and that I got nothing.
