Unauthorized charge to me debit card

I order a guide through hotbooksale.com (6-15), I canceled the purchase, subsequently requested again, and again ended. They nevertheless chargerd me for that guide, along with a membership price. Per month afterwards (7-15), I obtained my bank account record and there is a cost of $19.95 to smartsavingscenter.com. After I named the amount shown on my declaration, they stated it had been a membership charge, which after I reported about hotbooksale.com, they'd ended my account and charged me to get a month. I had beennot conscious of this cost, I never obtained any email informing me of the test memebership, and that I didnot approve the charge for that membership, since I didnot stop throughout the trial membership.
