Charging for book I returned

I obtained a duplicate of the guide I'd not requested. I got the guide towards the postoffice and noted it declined and delivered it. I never needed the guide and that I never start the bundle. Today they're trhreating to deliver it to selection. They state the consideration position is overdue.

Used to do not purchase the guide and noted it declined and delivered the guide via the Postal Service.
