Unauthorized charges on credit card after ordering book

Requested a guide provided out-of a trustworthy journal. Got the guide and stayed billed a $19.95 cost to get a bogus account I'd no thought about. Began realizing the costs on my charge card each month since Nov. Named the organization plus they stated I signed up for a account. Wouldn't return me all the cash. I never received something for this $19.95 per mo. Personally I think this can be a fraud along with a technique.
