Priceline didn't provide or verify a reservation, but did cost our charge card

We were attempting to guide a resort through Priceline also it requested for the charge card data before we're able to start implementing.

We then tried a request and we were delivered a note stating that Priceline was not able to discover an hotel for the demand.

We then left this program to stop our research.

Later that month, whenever we obtained our charge card record, we discovered a fee for $107.00 from Priceline. We named plus they informed us that people place in another demand which this present was approved.

We told them that certainly we didn't place in another demand which there is never any mail of verification or concerns or something.

Most of all, we never approved any present.

They told us that there is nothing they might do.

Whenever we expected to talk to a they place us to somebody who was excessively rude and essentially told us hard luck. We requested to talk to another person plus they informed us we were talking with a high individual which alone greater was the Vicepresident of Priceline which we're able to deliver them a notice.

Exactly What A hit off! We're currently arguing through our charge card business.

We shall never actually research Priceline again.
