Unknown charges

I bought a guide in- May. I had been notinformed of joining any book membership or perhaps a membership price. Our charge card continues to be charged $19.95 without my understanding for weeks.

After I called the organization "Warm Books.com" I had been informed that I'd A30 trial account period and since I have bought the guide this past year, I had been not eligible for any compensation.

I immediatley terminated this "account" this is actually the termination amount they gave me 4181880. I had been advised I'd not be charged anymore.

The entire organization is just a scam and that I wish to inform others of the actions.
