Horrible Service!

Horrible service not once but quite a few times. I called to schedule some furniture pick up from my home in Pennsylvania as well as to cancel my account obviously AFTeR my items were picked up. My items Never got picked up and by the time I called to ask my account was already cancelled. I was told that they would still pick it up. But they didn't. Called a few times and I was told they'll put another request in and nothing. Once I spoke to a manager he told me he couldn't help me either. So who can?!? So unprofessional I would NOT recommend to ANYONE. Bcuz anyone can do good for the environment but customer service counts too!
