Ten calls to cancel and dumpsters never picked up

We used WM services for several years, after our bill continued to increase we switched to another service that was half the price and gave us twice a larger dumpster. I had to call WM services at least 10 times to cancel our service, as the first representative is unable to cancel service. Each time I called I was placed on hold for a very lengthy time and would hang up and try again the next day. After we finally got our services cancelled they never came to pick up their dumpsters. So far I have called 3 times and each time they say it will be picked up today. We still have the containers in the front of our driveway. Unbelievable!!!
