Horrible Horrible Horrible - dumpster service

We used WM services for several years, after our bill continued to increase we switched to another service that was half the price and gave us twice a larger dumpster. I had to call WM services at least 10 times to cancel our service, as the first representative is unable to cancel service. Each time I called I was placed on hold for a very lenghty time and would hang up and try again the next day. After we finally got our services cancelled they never came to pick up their dumpsters. So far I have called 3 times and each time they say it will be picked up today. We still have the containers in the front of our driveway. Unbelievable!!!
